As you know people from all walks of life are in real estate, some as investors, some want to buy and sell for themselves, and some are in it just for the money. Of course most of us need to have a job. I am first and foremost a Born Again Spirit Filled Christian. My desire is to find a way to introduce people to Jesus Christ and to see that they have an opportunity to accept Him as their Lord and Savior.
But I will not force my beliefs on someone else! I just pray for God to do a work in them. I feel that I have a mandate from God to reach the lost in any way I can and to pray for others as God Leads me to. I just so happen to be a Real Estate Broker. The Reason I named my Company Real Estate God’s Way was not to flaunt God, and not to invite judgements froms others. I know the name alone puts me under the proverbial microscope. But there is a Scripture that says “as the head goes so goes the body” and if the buck stops here so to speak, then I can know what direction we are going in. I can’t know that if I am working for another agency.
I actually expected to get a lot of negative response from other Business men and women, but to my surprise, I have had a lot of people comment that they “REALLY” like my company name. They tell me that they are Christians and encourage me to be strong.
Unfortunately I have personally had numerous bad experiences from supposed Christian business men and women. I have even said to myself that I would not seek to do business with Christians, that I would only seek those who were reccommended to me, that did good work in their field of expertise. But I realized that I needed to be a Light in a dark world, to be an Ambassador for Jesus Christ, that I should not shrink back because of my own experiences, and that I really needed to make a difference in people’s lives, to stand up for what I believe in no matter what the cost.
Through the leading of the Holy Spirit, I pray for those who have allowed me to help them either Buy Property or Sell Property. I do not take the job lightly and it is NOT only about money. I am a woman of Honesty and Integrity and will go out of my way to do the right thing all the time, even when it hurts. I am truly trying to help people find that “Piece of Ground” that they are supposed to possess. With the guidance, direction, wisdom and knowledge God has given me, I PRAY on their behalf.
In todays Real Estate market, with the explosion of the internet and this age of information, there is very little allegance and loyalty. I strive to make a relationship with someone in such a way that they truly believe that there is not another Real Estate Professional out there among the thousands, who would help them reach their goals or do more for them than I can. I am commited to being a woman of my word.
When my children were small I was a stay at home mom and I did sewing for extra money. Our road was a cut-through to 441 and many neighborhoods, including the elementary and middle schools. I had a sign leaning on a tree advertising sewing, and my little seamstress business flourished.
As time went on, people that I had never done business with before would come to me and say “so and so says that you are the best at what you do” and no matter what I said to do, in reference to their sewing, they would do it. This kind of complete trust is what I am looking for. Not someone that would go to the next agent to save a dollar. Someone who trusts me enough to know that I truly am looking out for their best interest, no matter what my price is (of course within reason).
Now you may not know me, and you may not want to give me this kind of trust.
I am fully aware that this kind of trust must be earned. I hope that you will at least give me the opportunity to show you how different I truly am, and allow me to earn your trust.
I have been in Real Estate a number of years. My company opened it’s doors in August 2007……it will take time to get known……but I am willing to work hard, one client at a time, to make a difference, and then I know one day the phone will ring with someone saying……... “so and so says that you are the best at what you do” I need you to..........................................
Maybe that call one day will be you?
